“arrived early at 9am and watched the elephants and giraffes eating breakfast in their animal houses. saw the red panda from afar as he was very shy. saw the tigers, gorillas and hippos up close, didn't get to walk through the kangaroo enclosure on that day but did get to boop one on the nose! polar bears there too sleeping. fairly priced gift shops throughout, and lots of free toilets. left at 2pm but could have stayed longer. fab experience for a great price. would recommend”

“Perfect trip! Our guide Asif was super knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and made us feel like VIPs. We got great recommendations for things to do and had a great time.”

“Taxi arranged there and back to the zoo. Guide left us to wander around on our own which was great. But advised us when to be back for the taxi. You will do lots of walking at the zoo. Make sure you have good walking shoes.”

“The river boat trip unfortunately was a huge waste of time. It took more than an hour to get to the zoo during which almost 30 mins were spent waiting at the various locks along the river. We could have gone to the zoo ourselves instead of this.”
