“This tour was probably one of the worst we have done - and we have done 4 Viator trips in the last month alone. The bus was not marked and the driver was very moody. The guide did not make anyone feel welcome, was monotone, only recited facts and lacked charisma and a sense of humour. The time spent in the cathedral and surrounding buildings was too long - we walked through the beautiful town past some lovely cafes & shops but couldn't stop. We weren't told what time we would be stopping to eat (it wasn't until 3:30pm) and given the option, we could have easily had longer 'free…”
