We originally booked the tour for the castle but found the cave tour to be a delightful surprise. The tour van was very comfortable, loaded with snacks and water, and the lunch was delicious. Would wholeheartedly recommend this experience!”

“Our guide dropped us off at the bottom of the walkway by the front of the castle, only a short walk up to the castle unlike others whom had to walk up all the way from the parking lot in the village. On the way back he dropped us off at Pague Castle instead of the the starting point. When my wife found she had left her phone in the van, he drove all the way to the hotel and dropped it off for her. Excellent service and communication all around!”

The trip was an easy ride except for the last hill it prior to seeing the castle but that hill was worth the view when you rounded the corner.”

“Excellent day led by Andrew from Praha Bikes. Variety of city roads, pavements and alleyways took us out of the city to the riverside. Brilliant cycle paths took us 40km to Karlstejn with a couple of stops on the way for refreshment and lunch. Lunch was wonderful Czech cuisine and the beers were well deserved. Mainly flat riding in the river valleys with only one noticeable hill which wasn't difficult. Arrived with plenty of time to look around and see the information and views from the castle and then a pleasant train journey back to Prague. “Pick-up and travel went smoothly in a comfortable 20-passenger coach and the tour guide did an acceptable, but not exceptional job. The castle offers three different tours: this package included the basic tour. Had we known of the other tours that included access to more of the castle, we would have tried to find a trip package that included that access.”
