“The equipment and tour operator were timely and appropriate. The individual guide was focused more on his political and theological opinions than history and architecture. We tried to refocus the conversation on history rather than his opinions of our county. He was kind to offer to take our picture with our "fake American smiles" which quite ruined any photographic memories of the excursion. I have booked with Viator 10+ tours in various countries and have not had this kind of bias against US tourism anywhere before. I have not ever left a negative review on a tour but this experience tainted our opinions of Prague from our first day in…”

By the time we left, he felt like a friend. Don’t miss this!”

“Entire experience was fantastic. The pick up was on time, communication clear and effective, and managed expectations on challenge level of hikes. Our guide Ross was very friendly and checked in with everyone. The lunch was delicious. The three hikes were varied and had something different to off. The second hike was very steep and ended in a very short boat ride. They was our least favorite for amount of effort and what you saw at the end. Would recommend replacing that one if there is another near by. The other two hikes were spectacular and well worth the trip.”

“Got to our meeting point and no one was there. Had to call Grey Line several times to have someone meet us. The guide we were given was horrible, no interactions and very quiet. We were taken to the glass factory, then told by our guide that we couldn’t go in for another 1 hour 1/2 due to no reservations till 11am, so she walked us to a bridge and we stood there waiting. During that time, still no interactions or info from our guide. Glass factory tour(by someone else)was great. Lunch was great but said one drink included, didn’t know they meant the tap water on the table so…”

However, it would have benefited from a narration or tour guide providing highlight / details on the journey. As the journey was simply a coach ride with Czech pop music in the background.”
